Navistar is the company behind a wide variety of industrial vehicles, including trucks for both commercial and military use as well as school buses and recreational vehicles. It also produces diesel engines for vehicles. Yet troubles in meeting regulatory guidelines has led to some huge disruptions in Navistar's business, and even with a solution in place, the company could continue to struggle for a while longer. BlackRock, Inc. (BlackRock) is an independent investment management firm. The Company provides a range of investment and risk management services. Alternative Investments

As of December 31, 2011, the alternative investment client base was predominantly institutional, representing 73% of alternatives AUM with retail and high net worth investors comprising an additional 9% of AUM. As of December31, 2011, iShares consisted 18% of ending AUM. The geographic mix was well diversified, with 56% of AUM managed for clients in the Americas, 22% for clients in EMEA and 22% for clients in Asia-Pacific. Cash Management and Securities Lending

Active Equity

A range of products are offered, including global and regional portfolios; value, growth and core products; large, mid and small cap strategies, and selected sector funds. BlackRock manages active equity portfolios for a range of institutional and retail and high net worth investors globally. Approximately 48% of its active equity AUM was managed for investors based in the Americas, 38% in EMEA and 14% in Asia-Pacific.

Active Fixed Income

Fixed income mandates are tailored to client-specified liabilities, accounting, regulatory or rating agency requirements, or other investment policies. As of December 31, 2011, of BlackRock�� total active fixed income AUM, 81% was managed on behalf of institutional investors and 19% for retail and high net worth investors. The client base reflects 70% of active fixed income AUM managed for investors in the Americas, 21% for EMEA domiciled clients, and 9% for investors in the Asia-Pacific region.

Multi-Asset and Alternatives

During 2011, 97% of AUM in multi-asset class mandates, and 76% of AUM in alternative investments are managed in active strategies. As of December 31, 2011, equity products consisted 64% of institutional index AUM. Fixed income products represented 35% of institutional index AUM. Less than 1% of institutional index AUM is in alternatives or multi-asset class products.

iShares / ETPs

During 2011, the Company introduced 45 new ETPs, maintaining dual commitment innovation and responsible product structuring. Its product range offers investors the building blocks required to assemble diversified portfolio! s. As of ! December 31, 2011, its iShares product mix included 71%, in equity offerings, and 26%, in fixed income ETPs and 3%, in multi-asset class and alternative investments. The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. (Interpublic), incorporated in September 1930, is a global advertising and marketing services companies.     Jefferies analysts noted that Interpublic Group of Companies Inc (IPG) offers some upside, but certain factors will continue to weigh down the stock. As such, the analysts upgraded the marketing and advertising company on Wednesday, but only with a tepid rating.

    The analysts upgraded IPG from “Underperform” to “Hold” and now see shares reaching $17.20, up from the previous target of $11. This new price target suggests a slight upside to the stock’s Tuesday closing price of $16.92.

    Jefferies analyst David Reynolds commented, “There’s a lot to be said for IPG, robust earnings growth profile, plays well into a ‘growth’ ad spend market and perhaps it remains the key beneficiary of all things POG. Yet, issues around North American profitability and developing economy scale continue to weigh. Richly valued and thus only c.2% upside to the ‘old normal’ and demonstrably bullish 16.7x forward earnings, we think warrants a HOLD. We set our new PT at US$17.20, 16.7x FY14 earnings.”

    Interpublic Group shares were inactive during pre-market trading on Wednesday. The stock is up 53.54% year-to-date.

    Another stock that looks poised to trigger a near-term breakout trade is Seanergy Maritime (SHIP), which provides transportation solutions in the dry bulk shipping sector through its vessel-owning subsidiaries for a range of dry bulk cargoes, including coal, iron ore, and grains, bauxite, phosphate and steel products. This stock has been red hot so far in 2013, with shares up a whopping 63%.

    If you take a look at the chart for Seanergy Maritime, you'll notice that this stock has just started to spike back above both its 50-day and 200-day moving averages with above-average volume. In fact, volume for SHIP over the last few weeks has been showing bullish flows as the stock has flirted with those key moving averages. This move is quickly pushing shares of SHIP within range of triggering a near-term breakout trade.

    Traders should now look for long-biased trades in SHIP if it manages to break out above some near-term overhead resistance at $1.74 a share with high volume. Look for a sustained move or close above that level with volume that hits near or above its three-month average action 12,297 shares. If that breakout hits soon, then SHIP will set up to re-test or possibly take out its next major overhead resistance levels at $2.06 to $2.09 a share. Any high-volume move above those levels will then put $2.19 to its 52-week high at $2.71 into range for shares of SHIP.

    Traders can look to buy SHIP off any weakness to anticipate that breakout and simply use a stop that sits right below its 50-day at $1.44 a share. One could also buy SHIP off strength once it takes out $1.74 a share with volume and then simply use a stop that sits a comfortable percentage from your entry point.
